Does each accommodation have it’s own bathroom?
Yes, each accommodation has it’s own bathroom which is shared between those allocated within the accommodation.

Do we get towels?
Towels are provided in the room but we recommend you bring your own to use around the pool or on the beach. All towels provided must be left and present when you leave the event.

How many people are in each accommodation?
This depends on which accommodation you have booked but they all sleep between 3-8

Are toilet rolls provided?
No, toilet rolls can be purchased from the on site shop or the local supermarket Plodine.

What plugs do I need?

You will need a 2 pin standard European adaptor.

Do the rooms have air conditioning or heating?

Each accommodation will have its own climate control system. For information on how to use this please check with the accommodation team in resort.

Can I drink the tap water?

Yes, Croatian tap water is actually regarded as up there with the best in Europe.


What sports do you offer?

Do I have to play Sport?
That is completely down to you and your teammates, if you’re not keen to play then just put yourself down as a social spectator!


Hotel / coach deposits
Each customer will be required to pay a damage deposit of £50 per person for the coach & accommodation. This is taken upon booking and is returned to your bank account after the event, minus any damages incurred. For further details please check the Booking Term’s and Condition’s.

Why do we need to pay a security / damage deposit?

We need this just in case there is any damage to the accommodation, resort or coach. The security deposit has to be received online prior to travelling. This is standard within the industry. For further details please check our T’s & C’s.

When we I get my deposit back?
Damage deposits are returned within 31 working days of the event finishing.

How do I pay for my trip?
All payments will be paid over our secure website. To secure your place you will need to pay a deposit of £75 before the 7th December deadline, after this deadline all balances must be paid in full. The final balance is due on the 4th February. We accept all major credit and debit cards which are subject to booking fees.

When will the balance be due?
Your final balance has to be paid on or before midnight on Monday 4th February 2019.

What happens if I cannot pay the balance in time? 
Late fee charges will be added to your booking after the balance due date until we receive full payment. If you are unable to make the payment please see our Terms & Conditions for late fees and cancellation charges.

General FAQ’s.

Will we be in the same accommodation?
We pride ourselves on making sure all groups are in the same area of the resort where possible.

When will I receive tickets/ documentation? 
You will receive your e-tickets 10-14 days prior to travel. Please check, print and take e-tickets with you with the relevant ID.

All our venues, facilities and transport networks meet the required safety standards and all events are fully risk assessed.

What is an EHIC?
The European Health Insurance Card has replaced the old E1-11 form and covers you for minor hospital/clinic visits to state-provided healthcare in Croatia and all other European Union countries. This is at a reduced cost or sometimes free of charge. Definitely worth getting one sorted!

How do I get an EHIC?
The European Health Insurance Card is available to all EU citizens and can be obtained from here.

Name Changes & Cancellations.

Can someone take my place?
Yes they can, please inform us ASAP so we can change the details. A name change fee applies per person. Name changes will have a cut off deadline so please check with one of our team as soon as possible.

What if I need to cancel?
All cancellations must be completed in writing. For further details please see our Terms and Conditions.


Where will the pick-up points be?
The pick-up points will be at designated stops around universities all over the UK and organised by your group leader. We will confirm the departure point on the e-tickets sent out prior to travel. Groups under 20 may have to travel to the nearest pick up point.

What is my baggage allowance?
Coach travel – you are limited to one soft case/holdall per person with a weight of 20kg.

Will there be a rep on my coach? 
Yes, all coaches have a designated and fully trained SportsVest Rep on board.

What if I miss the coach? 

If you miss the coach please contact us straight away to see if we can help but you will need to make your own way to resort.

Can I meet the coach at the ferry port? 

Unfortunately not, but we do offer a pickup from Maidstone services.

Can I get off the coach early on the way home? 

All coaches will stop at Maidstone services on the way home this is the earliest point that you are able to get off.

What documentation will be needed? 
Everyone will need a valid passport. This is compulsory for ferry/tunnel and air travel plus you will need it to check into the resort. You will also need to print out your e-voucher/ticket to board coaches and check in on arrival.

Flying options?
We do not offer flight options. We suggest customers opt for the book your own travel package and take advantage of all the local transfer services. For further information on where to look for flights or transfers please get in touch.

The Resort.

Is there food available at the end of the night?

Yes, the food village will return again in 2019 making food available 24 hours a day from the moment you arrive in resort.

Where can I find a cash machine?

The resort has a number of cash machines located around it if you cant spot one ask a member of our team and they will point you in the right direction

Is there a supermarket on site?

There is a fully stocked supermarket located right in the heart of the resort. There is also a larger supermarket situated a short 5 minute walk from resort.

Does the resort have Wi-FI

Wi-Fi hotspots can be found in resort with a set data limit per person each day. Further data codes can be obtained from reception.
